Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, or related field
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Assist in managing various aspects of the Intern Program – job fairs, orientation, events, trainings, etc.
Grow positive associate relations by assisting in the planning and execution of associate events
Maintain electronic & paper personnel files
Assist in administering Wellness and Recognition programs
Assist Talent Acquisition Manager with the hiring function – including candidate management in ATS, resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling in-person interviews, onboarding new employees
Complete special projects as assigned – including benefits open enrollment, performance management, compensation, audits, etc. These vary by semester.
May perform other duties as assigned
