U.S. Facilities, Inc., a consolidated facility management company, is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to deliver maintenance services for all building systems in the Ashland, Ohio area. This position will be the central contact for all facilities services and will be responsible for managing the cleaning team within the facility.
Responsibilities will include but shall not be limited to maintenance, repair and monitoring of building automation systems, HVAC and associated building systems, and quality assurance for all cleaning services.
A strong background and knowledge of building mechanical and electrical systems including life safety/ fire alarm, telecom and data systems and computerized maintenance management systems, etc. required.
Experience maintaining and repairing mechanical systems, boilers, HVAC equipment, HVAC controls, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection.
Expert mechanical skills and problem solving.
Working knowledge of air handler maintenance operations and troubleshooting techniques.
Working knowledge of fire alarm and security systems.
Working knowledge of refrigeration operations and troubleshooting techniques.
Working knowledge of building automation systems.
Working knowledge of generators.
Ability to work alone

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous supervisory experience.
Valid driver's license.
Pre-employment drug screening.
Must be able to read and speak English.
Security clearance required with background investigation required, along with Child Line Clearance.
