The Donor Services Division of Hoxworth Blood Center seeks a Manager, Donor Services - Neighborhood Donor Center Operations (NDC).  This position is responsible for the overall success of donor collections from the NDCs.  This position will develop, promote and implement strategic initiatives; develop and manage internal and external partnerships to ensure performance and client satisfaction to advance service levels and achieve goals and objectives; resolve issues and consults with Division Director on major issues and exceptions. Creates NDC KPIs and holds staff accountable for meeting goals. This manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest ethical standards of the University, Hoxworth Blood Center and of the broader community in which we function.

The ideal candidate will have prior management experience in the Donor Services department at Hoxworth Blood Center. 

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's with three (3) years experience; -OR- Associate's degree with five (5) years experience; -OR- Diploma nurse with four (4) years experience; -OR- seven (7) years experience. Degree must be in a healthcare, management or a field related to the required experience; experience must be related to the assigned service area.
