Centauri is seeking a highly motivated Design Team - RF Engineer to join our team's Beavercreek or Columbus, Ohio offices.
Technical Responsibilities Include: RF receiver design including LNA, RF Filter, and matching network design, RF transmitter design including PA design, matching network creation, power combining design.
Desired Skill Set:
PhD or 5+ years' experience in relevant technical disciplines with MS Deep understanding of RF circuit design concepts Ability to carry a design through the full design cycle including specification, schematic design, simulation, layout, physical extraction, and hardware testing Experience in design at advanced CMOS process nodes ( Experience with III-V technologies (InP, GaN, GaAs) is a plus Expertise in various advanced simulation methodologies including behavioral modeling and electromagnetic simulation Must be a US citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance
