About the role

You will use meaningful reports and actionable analysis to enable running of the business, drive performance, and inform business decisions & strategy in Global Operations.
You will be a strong communicator, and able to work with our team & stakeholders and deliver results in a fast paced environment.

What you will be doing

Delivery of reporting & insight of the highest quality, collaborating with stakeholders and our team throughout.
Through meaningful reports & insight you will report key metrics to help the business understand performance and analyse more deeply where necessary.
You will build a good knowledge of our stakeholders' business area so you can pre-empt questions and alert the business where appropriate.
Using a range of analytical techniques to deliver meaningful reports, to drive & improve performance. You will provide actionable analysis to inform and drive business decisions.

Effective time management skills
Hands-on experience using SQL & Excel to analyse business problems. Access & VBA are a plus. Experience with visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI are also a plus.
Able to deliver analysis, reporting and actionable insight to non-technical audiences, to drive business performance. Able to present & synthesise complex data into meaningful reports and presentations.
Proven ability to communicate well, communicate outputs & challenges with leaders and stakeholders.
Proven experience working with disparate data sources.
Ability to interpret business requirements, translate into analytical problems and deliver high quality outputs.
Experience working in Operations and Payments industries is a big plus, but not mandatory.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer science or information systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

FIS JOB LEVEL DESCRIPTION
Developing professional role. Basic skills with moderate level of proficiency. Has general understanding of principles in requirements definition, systems development and solid skills using MS Access. Generally performs tasks that tend to be of small to moderate size and scope. Works under close to moderate supervision with limited latitude for independent judgment. Consults with senior peers on non-complex projects to learn through experience. Typically requires up to three years financial analysis, information systems development or business systems analysis experience.
