Job Description

Answering inbound telephone call from customers related to service or order processing.

Promoting the organizations products and services

Researching and resolving complaints to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
Must be available to work a midshift and weekends.

This is a work from home position.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of general processes for handling customer concerns

Technology literate, able to multi task using many systems to solve customer concerns

Ability to troubleshoot systems issues with customers to provide a solution

Passion for serving customers demonstrated through prior experiences
