Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of general processes for handling customer concerns
Technology literate, able to multi task using many systems to solve customer concerns
Ability to troubleshoot systems issues with customers to provide a solution
Passion for serving customers demonstrated through prior experiences
