Perficient is currently looking for a Client Services Leader. This position can be located in Chicago, IL, St. Louis, MO, or Columbus, OH. The Client Services role is a senior position responsible for providing strategic leadership on one of our largest accounts with over $25 million in annual revenue.  This is a very collaborative role working across many Perficient practices and customer locations/business units to ensure that we are providing value to our customers, building relationships and delivering high quality of services.


Responsible for the strategy, vision, continued revenue growth, and margins in a named account
Establish and maintain account strategic plan
Provide account leadership overseeing delivery of all professional services
Leverage the full Perficient portfolio of services to provide valuable services to our clients and drive account growth
Identify new opportunities and partner with Perficient practice leadership and sales team members to design, craft and present new offerings
Ensure satisfied customers through excellence in delivery
Foster long-term client partnerships
Negotiating large contracts with procurement and vendor management team


Experience managing the proposal process and pursuit teams in a consultative, solution-based sales model
Experience in a delivery leadership capacity managing large programs and multi-site delivery
Experience leading large distributed account teams (total account size of 100+)
Accomplishments in growing account teams and revenue (either directly or paired with a seller)
Skill in establishing and executing account plans
Experience (presales support or direct sales) selling professional services and managed services
Knowledge of software development methodologies, with particular emphasis on Agile
Some level of experience in relevant previous roles, such as Account Executive, Director, Solution Architect, Program Manager
Superior problem solving, organizational, decision-making, communication and relationship-building skills
Strong client relationship management skills
Experience with financial management (revenue forecasting, etc.)
Ability to travel 50-75% (post-COVID)
