IT Systems Administrator
We are currently seeking to add a dynamic Network Administrator to our IT department. In this role, you will be part of a team that supports complex IT infrastructure with over 800 end users located in Kettering, OH with satellite locations throughout the country.
Opportunity to manage and support server, network, and voice infrastructure.
Provides ideas and suggestions to improve work processes throughout the organization by the utilization of technology.
The essential functions of the job include:
Troubleshooting network, server, and voice issues.
Maintain VMware virtual server environment.
Upgrade and configure new infrastructure systems
Provide support to help desk team.

5 years: Five years' experience working with IT systems. (required)
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and be considered insurable by the current CBC/CTS insurance provider. (required)
Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. (required)
Ability to be on-call on as needed and be available to travel to branch locations, as needed. (required)
Ability to work in stressful situations while meeting deadlines and budget expectations. (required)
Bachelor's degree preferred. (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Office 365, and Dynamics). (preferred)
Experience with network administration, networking systems, operating systems (both Windows and Linux), VoIP, databases, and Personal Computer (PC) hardware/software required. (preferred)
