Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Marketing Intern you will be immersed in a challenging project-specific work experience, given the opportunity to learn about Amcor's business and the Medical industry, and receive mentorship from business leaders. You can expect to gain a solid foundation in business-to-business strategic marketing with an industry leader and will be expected to take full ownership of tasks and/or projects.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Deep project support of Amcor Medical's ongoing Strategic Marketing campaigns within the "Amcor Growth Opportunity Program" ("AGOP")
Support upcoming strategic marketing campaign design and infrastructure development, including helping the department prioritize future markets for campaigns, develop tools and processes to ensure success of existing and future campaigns, and organize the team around budgets and resource requirements to ensure future campaigns' success
Support the shaping and execution of Amcor's digital and marketing communications strategy, including ROI-generating digital marketing content and assessment of media generating the highest marketing ROI
Create budgeting and approval procedure processes for marketing campaigns
Business-to-business strategic marketing process and hands-on execution
Flexible packaging manufacturing business understanding and industry market intelligence
Systematic approach to process/workflow management in a complex matrix organization
Project Management skills including engagement with multiple functions
Process for executing go to market strategies

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU

Junior or Senior standing by June with GPA above 3.0
Majors: Marketing, Business, Economics, or Packaging Science
Previous internship experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and possessing excellent follow-up skills
Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities
Ability to work independently as well as contribute to and/or lead teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ideally Excel and PowerPoint)
