Cybersecurity Analyst, Senior
When our country's cybersecurity is on the line, simply reacting is not enough - we need a plan. And when that plan needs to protect infrastructure and systems used in our National Space programs, we need strategic policy analysis. That's why we need you, a policy specialist with the expertise required to analyze the policies that determine our cyber resilience.
As a cyber strategic planning and policy development consultant on our team, you'll lead the assessment of current US government cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risks. You'll evaluate how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards. As you guide your client through understanding acceptable risk and availability, you'll advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap. You'll work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment. -10+ years of experience with the review of cybersecurity policies, control implementation, mitigation strategies, or cybersecurity threat analysis
-Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, mitigation strategies, regulations, and frameworks
-Ability to lead reviews and updates to cybersecurity policy and requirements
-Ability to lead implementation of cybersecurity for the purpose of completing the assessment and authorization and FISMA processes
-Ability to lead analysis and integration of cybersecurity threat data into operational processes
-Ability to lead processes to track the implementation of mitigations and risks to enterprise, cloud, mission, or OT systems
-Ability to develop cybersecurity strategies
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-CISSP or CISM Certification
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with planning and executing cybersecurity testing
-Experience with authoring cybersecurity policies
-Experience with authoring or reviewing system security plans
-Experience with developing Plan of Actions and Milestones
-Knowledge of cybersecurity policies, systems, and cybersecurity initiatives
-MA or MS degree
