The IT Training and Communications Analyst will be responsible for business process content development, delivering end-user training, and assessing post-training utilization. In addition, this position will manage the uPerform simulation application. By leveraging your experience, business process knowledge, leadership skills, positive attitude as well as your understanding and cross-functional relationships you will help deliver process and technology within a global environment.

Core Responsibilities
Effectively engage business subject matter experts (SME), stakeholders, technology partners, and external vendors.
Communicate business needs, update the leadership team with progress on open requests and work with management team to coordinate any planner resource needs for design, testing and implementation support.
Lead the work effort to ensure your business partner is prepared for any system changes by providing training, standard operating procedures (SOPs), establishment of super user forum and consistent communication of progress and identification of any gaps.  
Interact with external and internal business partners to define business requirements associated with system utilization and enhancements.
Create training content for specific business area using standard templates.
Develop and edit uPerform simulations.
Follow established company approved user security protocols.
Work with application owners to build and maintain training environments.

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university in Instructional Design in Information Technology Systems or related field, and 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
5+ years of experience in progressive IT roles, preferred.
Minimum 2+ years experience in process content development and/or delivering end-user training, required.
Knowledge of ERP and various application system, preferred.
Change Management or Prosci certification, preferred.
Effective communication skills with ability to translate business needs into effective processes.
Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
Experience creating digital video and end user materials (Articulate, Captivate).
Demonstrated high learning agility and strong analytical skills.
Experience with project management.
Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to be respectful, approachable, and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
Ability to travel to plants or regional offices.
