Responsibilities and Qualifications

Summary:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Appropriately and discreetly handle high level, confidential information as a regular part of daily operations.
  • Process biweekly payroll on Ultipro software (or payroll software equivalent).
  • Manage/review time cards in Ultipro Time Management software.
  • Act as Administrator for Ultipro Time Management time collection system.
  • Create, run and download reports using Ultipro Reporting software and/or Ultipro Time Management.
  • Comply with all garnishment and child support orders.
  • Field questions from management and employees regarding payroll issues.
  • Work closely with Supervisor on payroll related issues.
  • Miscellaneous projects as assigned by Supervisor.
  • Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions.
  • Willing to obtain/work towards APA FPC designation


Skills/Experience Required:
  • 2 to 4 years of Ultipro software (or payroll software equivalent) and Business Intelligence reporting experience.
  • Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and with confidential information.
  • Strong computer skills. Experience with Microsoft word processing and spreadsheets required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
