Customer Success Specialist

Overview of Position
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be the primary advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources across Change Healthcare to show benefits of and opportunities presented by clinical decision support. We're looking for a driven team member who is interested in using their customer relationship, organization, and technical skills to help us achieve our goal of being a trusted and valued partner for our customers.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Establish and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers
Communicate on a regular basis with the customer to ensure optimization plans and objectives are on track and met.
Advocate for the customer with product and technical teams, including identification of client needs and supporting solutions, including co-creation of new solutions, where necessary
Works cross-functionally within all functional areas of the organization to ensure deliverables are met and to promote client customer satisfaction
Delivers strategically relevant analytics to show customer value of CDS product

What are the requirements needed for this position?

At least one year of experience working in Healthcare IT or customer implementation & support of healthcare services
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Bachelor's degree is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to problem-solve and use your reasoning ability develop solutions
Strong customer service skills
