We are seeking an experienced Plant Human Resources Designate (Branch Admin) for our Lebanon, OH location to support our team at the plant level. 

 

 

 



Responsibilities





High level of involvement with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, disciplining, terminating, and training/development
Communicate effectively with Corporate Human Resources and managers
Maintain employee directory, safety training records, personnel files, workers comp files
Assist Supervisors and Managers to ensure consistency regarding HR issues and discipline
TPM Education and Training Pillar Coordinator, Lead Suggestion Team & cross training initiative
Work as office administrator: order supplies, coordinate meetings, meet visitors



Qualifications (Skills -  Education -  Experience)





Knowledge and understanding of Benefits, HR Policies
Knowledge of Labor Laws, HIPAA laws, OSHA and workers comp requirements
HR experience: hiring process, training, record-keeping, discipline
Computer skills, outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office
 Math skills
Detail-oriented
Excellent communication and people skills
Ability to work with the team
High School graduate or GED plus minimum 2 years HR experience

Additional Qualifications Requested or Helpful:

Familiarity with employment law
Experience in Office Management
