 Essential Functions:

Participate and contribute to business unit strategy definition.
Contribute to marketing operational plans for the various categories.
Gain market insights and analyze competitive activities.
Support new product development cycle, from ideation through 360 degree communication.
Participate in cross functional teams for product maintenance, growth and new product development.
Collaborate with internal marketing communications and external agencies.
Help to develop effective selling propositions, support documentation and sales presentations.
Uphold and promote Invacare’s visions and values.
Complete all required training applicable to assigned position.
Exhibit positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required.


Juniors or Seniors currently pursuing a Marketing degree; recent graduates, and/or first year Master’s students. Minimum GPA 3.0
Must have proven success from school or work experience of strong leadership by envisioning, direction setting and enrolling others.
Demonstrated leadership and organization skills.
Strong communication skills – verbal, written and interpersonal.
Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze data and make recommendation and decisions.
Creative thinking and problem solving.
Collaborative team player and flexible in doing what it takes to get the job done.
