On behalf of VXI Global Solutions, OhioMeansJobs|Summit County is seeking Customer Service Representatives.

Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be working in a call center environment, handling incoming calls from customers with needs regarding their services. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for identifying customer’s wants, interests and needs and recommending a solution.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ability to build rapport utilizing effective probing questions
  • Outstanding verbal communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs
  • Self-motivated and upbeat
  • Ability to follow direction/accept coaching
  • Desire to work in a team environment achieving personal and team goals
Education/Experience Preferred:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Customer Service skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Desire to excel
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
Salary Range: $10.50 - $12.50
1st shift 8a-5p
2nd shift 11a-8p
3rd shift 1p-10p
