We are seeking a Cyber Security Technician to perform support activities as part of our Cyber Security Team. You will responsible for troubleshooting and administering the day-to-day security operations of servers, PCs, and security systems as part of a team.

Responsibilities include:
Provide cyber security support and security advocacy for internal customers
Monitor, analyze, and take corrective action on information security incidents and escalate as needed
Analyze and resolve SIEM and other systems notifications
Setup, manage, troubleshoot site-to-site and user VPNs
Perform various threat hunting activities on a regular basis
Manage Security provisioning processes
Leverage security expertise to support windows, mobile devices, and Linux systems
Work with teams on cyber security improvement initiatives and projects
Perform audit controls and documentation
Disaster Recovery activities including managing backup systems
Requirements:
2 years of broad IT-experience (not limited to one functional area or technology),
OR 1 year of information security-focused work experience
Functional working knowledge of configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining operating systems, computer hardware, and network devices, and knowledge of common network protocols
Demonstrated practical knowledge and direct hands on experience in the areas of information security, networking, hardware and software, wireless, and user support
Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar
Eagerness to learn new skills, strengthen existing skills, and follow established processes
Analytical and troubleshooting skills, responsiveness and creativity, flexibility, ability to plan and organize
Able to work onsite in our Corporate Facilities, or remotely depending on circumstances
Must be able to handle on call or after hour work duties as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college / degree preferred.
Cyber security / IT training or certifications, a plus
