As Digital Product Manager you will lead our portfolio of eBusiness platform projects. In this role, you will own the overall product vision, strategy, and implementation of feature functionality projects as well as supporting all aspects of the eBusiness quote tool suite. You'll partner with various business stakeholders, including external customers, to define business requirements, establish success criteria, and deliver innovative solutions to the market.
                        Your responsibilities
                                Develop overall platform strategy and roadmap for quotation/project functionality as part of the overall Electrification eBusiness platform.
                                Manage the overall project portfolio for eBusiness initiatives including feature enhancement requests, internal transformation projects, and UX work.
                                Act as the Product Owner for eBusiness quotation tool which includes overall product roadmap, delivery, integration into eBusiness platform across full product lifecycle (including design, delivery, testing, launch, and end user support)
                                Partner directly with external customers and industry experts to position ABB as a leader in the market with respect to eBusiness and eCommerce solutions.
                                Develop strong relationships with key suppliers to influence their product roadmaps and vision to benefit ABB's digital solutions.
                                Collaborate with both Marketing & Sales and IT senior leaders to deliver effective digital solutions that meet defined business and customer outcomes via direct engagement with business owners and translation of inputs into actionable user stories
                                Manage the prioritization of project demands to ensure alignment with overall business value and technical solution roadmaps.
                                Work across the organization to support the development of the overall eBusiness and eCommerce strategic product roadmap
                                Deliver overall project portfolio within defined budgets and committed project timelines.

                        Your background
                                Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field with a minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Project / Program Manager with accountability for project portfolio management of eBusiness eCommerce initiatives.
                                Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in United States.
                                Working experience with SaaS software and knowledge of standard web API system architecture is required with ability to lead and manage tool and feature enhancements and internal transformation projects.
                                Direct experience implementing enterprise level applications is required; experience working in an Agile development framework, and prior experience as a Scrum Master preferred.
                                Experience in developing and implementing eCommerce tools involving product ordering, RFP/RFQ sales process, and quotation management is preferred
                                Passion for user experience/customer experience, with ability to translate customer needs into technical requirements is required
                                Must have demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining collaborative partnerships with IT peers, functional business teams, and external customers
                                Critical behavioral competencies sought: Proven analytical and problem resolution skills with the ability to assess complex issues with limited information
                                Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to IT/Application peers, business teams and external customers (co-located and remote)
                                Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously with an exceptional focus on quality
                                Proven track record working in coordination with system architecture teams
                                Self-directed, motivated, able to work independently
                                Strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive
                                Committed and flexible team player
                                Ability to meet objectives by influencing and engaging across multiple global, remote teams.
