Perform financial analysis, special projects and internal audits related to the operating divisions of the Group.  Responsible for developing, monitoring and controlling Group staff budgets and allocations.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:

Works with division controllers, operating management and corporate accounting personnel, as well as Group staff (i.e. - Marketing, Human Resources, Information Technology, Vice Presidents, as well as Group President).
Essential Functions:
- Prepares daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Group financial reports and special analyses to support Group management reporting requirements.
- Assists in the development of annual Group staff, department budgets and monthly allocation of costs to divisions.
- Prepares journal entries to Group ledger to properly account for charges and accruals to Group cost centers. 
- Reconciles accounts on Group balance sheet.
- Monitors charges to Group cost centers from outside vendors, corporate and other sources.
- Assists in the consolidation, analysis and presentation of the Group annual plan and quarterly corporate operating meetings.
- Conducts internal control reviews to follow-up on internal audit actions.
- Assists divisions in special projects related to implementation of new systems, reporting requirements and other programs related to accounting re-engineering.
- Assists with financial analysis of acquisitions and participates in financial due diligence.
- Monitors accuracy of orders and shipments.
Additional Responsibilities
*Provides all accounting / finance support to the Human Motion Control Division including: booking JVs; A/R (CARMS); A/P; Fixed Assets; and Physical Inventory.
*Provides all accounting / finance support to the Motion Technology Center (Group R&D business unit)

BS in Accounting or Finance
3+ years in accounting experience.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and other office software.
