Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, is searching for a Full-Time Mailroom Coordinator for our Columbus, OH location. We are looking for a hardworking and customer focused individual.
The Mailroom Associate is responsible for mailing invoices to customers, updating Sales Representative mail files, delivering incoming mail and packages, tracking the amount of postage used daily, downloading postage as necessary, properly storing department label stock and envelope stock and treating all internal staff and sales representatives as though they are customers.
This position requires a high school diploma, or equivalent
This position requires some prior clerical experience
This position requires good number and name perception skills
This position requires the ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds
This position will sometimes require the ability to perform several tasks simultaneously
This position requires the ability to respond quickly to problems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
This position requires the ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and managers; in both written and verbal form
This position requires the ability to understand and follow both written and oral instructions
This position requires a person who is dependable (i.e. reports to work daily, barring any unforeseen circumstances)
This position requires excellent attendance
This position requires the successful completion of a ninety-(90) day orientation period.
This position requires reliable transportation to be used for daily trips during workday
The hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
