This entry level seasonal work will be a flexible schedule and the candidate will need to be a team player.
The candidate will be required to perform general office skills in interacting with clients, booking appointments, organizing and preparing finished project folders, organizing incoming projects, receiving and documenting phone messages, preparing client projects for mailing.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and prior tax preparation training and experience is an important advantage. Additional computer skills include proficiency in Word and Excel.
