Orthopedic Product Manager
The Orthopedic Product Manager demonstrates consistent value stream ownership of the franchise program and acts as the liaison between the sales force and customer service. Responsible for developing marketing and sales strategies, and identifying and pursuing the development of new products within the assigned franchise.
The essential functions of the job include:
Creates and implements sales and marketing strategies, and personal and departmental goals with the customer service and sales teams.
Achieves revenue goals.
Identifies new product opportunities within the assigned franchise space.
Monitors competitor strategies and product offerings.
Manages distribution partner, intermediary, and contract relationships and inventory as needed to secure and increase CTS business.
Collaborates with Operations (manufacturing) to forecast specific allograft needs and identify allograft modifications to meet customer demand.
Reports monthly business line activities and status (actual revenue versus budget) to management.
Coordinates related tasks for all franchise allograft related trade shows attended by CTS.
Oversees and implements all training course program activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.

MBA or other Master's program (preferred)
Highly customer service focused and able to handle inquiries, recommend graft purchases, and escalate concerns promptly as needed. (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to follow directions and serve as a team member. (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control. Proficient use of Microsoft Excel. (preferred)
