Position Title: Specialist, Digital Marketing
Supervised By: Sr. Manager, Marketing Communications
The Digital Marketing Specialist is an experienced marketing leader that will assist in the build out of our cross-channel, sales funnel marketing initiatives. Excellent understanding of Digital Marketing tools and IT architectures. Project management experience, leadership, accountability, team working and coordination is key.
Experience in Digital, strategy development and implementation. Experience in developing websites, microsites, e-commerce and other Digital tools.
Proven in project management skills and communication. Ease of working with other cultures and cross-functional teams / in an international environment. Creativity, empathy, passionate, positive, team-oriented. Ability to work under stress conditions and strict deadlines.
Build all aspects of content nurturing programs with a specific focus on the sales funnel.
Discover and articulate buyer personas and map content to personas and buying stages, demonstrating particular understanding of B-to-B education and sales cycle.
Develop and manage several cross-channel digital marketing programs to increase and accelerate new business opportunities and to maximize customer engagement and retention.
Push the Marketing team forward with ground-breaking ideas for integrated lifecycle digital programs, leveraging internal professional services to plan and implement improvements to creative, deliverability, data hygiene, segmentation and testing strategies.
Serve as the center of excellence for all digital marketing initiatives and programs.
Perform detailed analysis across programs, campaigns and segments in order to report on key performance indicators (such as lead generation, customer profiling, online activity, campaign response behaviors, retention, up-sell/cross-sell and attrition).
Lead discovery of new, innovative digital platforms to provide cutting-edge solutions in the digital space.
Ensure that all required training is identified for and completed by all direct reports.

The Digital Specialist has day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective running of their projects with a focus on great delivery
BA in Marketing or related field required, MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in online marketing, with at least 3 years of experience working within the digital channel and a demonstrated ability to develop and manage an effective, high-touch digital sales funnel experience.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Solid experience and/or understanding of video production and editing (Final Cut Pro, Premiere, Live Streaming etc.).
Solid domain experience with marketing automation (e.g. Hubspot, etc.), CRM, web analytics and email marketing solutions required
Special focus on CRM Marketing (Eloqua), Social Media and Online Traffic campaigns.
Leadership experience: a capacity to inspire and draw on the strengths of a diverse, cross-functional team
Experience working with content marketing teams, leveraging third-party content, blogs, customer preferences, product marketing and research to effectively map content to stages of the persuasion architecture
Experience with web usability and comfort with articulating requirements for effective, high-converting emails and landing pages; understanding of how to apply the sales cycle to typical website visitor behavior and drive increased web conversions over time via new content and split/multivariate testing
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills. Data mining and modeling experience a plus
