Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for Warehouse and Maintenance Technician for our client located in Cincinnati, OH.

Preparing shipments for commercial conveyance to designated receiving facility
Preparing bills of lading; checks items to be shipped against work orders to ascertain that quantities, destination, and routing are correct
Receiving and unloading incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment
Maintain a neat and orderly warehouse space
Sort, count, package, label, unpack, and log inventory which is shipped or received for the Cintas garment business
Inspect shipments for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notify supervisor and purchasing personnel
Requisition appropriate material from purchasing department (startup kits, card readers, tool kits, garment bags, nabbers, decals)
Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment
Perform routine preventive maintenance, upgrades and repairs on garment dispensing and return machines
Periodically travel to customer facilities to perform machine troubleshooting and repairs
Assemble startup kits
Delivery of equipment utilizing a typical moving-style box truck within a 350-mile radius from Cincinnati
Periodic assignment to machine installation on an as needed basis
Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, safety, environmental, and control standards.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High school or GED
Minimum of 2 years" experience in Warehouse and Maintenance Technician
