Bringing Efficiency to our Process: Assisting as needed with hiring or orientation activities which may include scheduling interviews, constructing agendas, touring new hires, following up with hiring managers or candidates/new hires.
Supporting Fellow Summer Interns: Helping our Intern Program Manager plan learning, social and volunteerism events. Documenting the work and activities of the group for Facebook, LinkedIn and articles. Capturing quotes and testimonials from summer program participants.
Writing and Creating Outreach Campaigns: Working on various outreach campaigns that may include an internal communications campaign boosting use and knowledge of our referral bonus program; an external campaign toward sources of diverse or veteran candidates; a candidate or talent community campaign to nurture pipelines using our candidate relationship management technology.
