Overview of Position

The Digital Content Lead is responsible for developing a comprehensive digital content strategy and its implementation. The individual in this role will be instrumental in supporting go-to-market campaigns through the careful consideration of digital media channels and tactics, and development of compelling content that supports our brand messaging A key member of the Content Services team and a world-class B2B storyteller, this role owns auditing, planning, development, management, and publishing of specific strategic content frameworks and related primary (pillar) and derivative formats to support tactics that drive awareness, attract inbound traffic, fosters engagement, and drives conversions.
This role is responsible for developing processes that will support digital communications (email, our corporate website, digital advertising, etc.), considering our corporate Editorial Calendar and other key communications related events

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Digital content strategy and planning
Digital content production, writing, editing, and proofing
Digital content framework lifecycle development and
Digital content consulting, strategy development, narrative
Digital content plan management and execution
Digital content performance measurement and reporting
Corporate brand, content workflow and operational governance

What are the requirements needed for this position?

8-10+ years of experience in digital content marketing, digital publishing, demand generation or digital journalism or marketing communications in a large and/or global enterprise matrix organization B2B/Healthcare/Technology environment
Designed and executed multi-channel demand generation campaigns leveraging web, email, direct mail, social, SEO/PPC, webinars and events that generating marketingqualified leads and sales pipeline
As an individual contributor you will be responsible for the overall content lifecycle management, from creation and editing through approvals, publishing/activation, auditing, measurement, curation, and maintenance
Provide operational support for content strategy and creation, engaging cross-functional participants and managing meeting and resource schedules, workflows, and deadlines
Support search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) initiatives with keyword optimization, content tagging, and metadata management
Manage, contribute to, and publish content to support inbound content marketing and outbound content programs

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

SiriusDecisions certification a plus
Email marketing experience with Eloqua and SFDC strongly preferred
Execute a "purpose driven" digital programming model that can create national audiences around specific topics of interest to our target audience.
Must be willing to be directly involved in content development for distribution via targeted social platforms.
Understanding of the components of common web technology (e.g., HTML, CSS) with a solid knowledge of web design, HTML email generation, graphics, knowledge management and development tools.
Digital writing/editing experience. Information architecture creation experience is preferred. Experience working on a wide range of digital content, including websites, e-newsletters, apps, and social media preferred.

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
You will be required to travel 10%


Preference is for candidate to be based in King of Prussia or Atlanta, GA but we will consider remote/virtual candidates as well.
