Title: Technical Analyst; PACS, HL7

Overview of Position

The Technical Analyst is responsible for the technical implementation, testing and training on Enterprise Imaging Image Exchange as well as providing advanced level of technical support and troubleshooting. Additional tasks include training customers with technical staff to be familiar with our product.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete a routine task
Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment
Has little or no role in decision-making
Normally receives detailed instructions on all work
Works under close supervision

What are the requirements needed for this position?

5 + years of technical experience with PACS as well as supporting internal and external customers strongly preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Technology Diploma or equivalent or related experience

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Familiarity with API based technology
Experience with Active Directory or LDAP
Knowledge of HL7 standards and interface engines
Strong written and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Self-starter, able to work independently without supervision
Excellent IT skills
Team player

Up to 25% Travel
