Remote- Sales Specialist

The Remote Sales Specialist will focus on add-on bookings within our install base. This will be achieved through focused customer engagements include targeted Sales campaigns, Customer Lifecycle Event programs, and Sales enablement activities. Key responsibilities of this role are to generate add-on bookings through consultative and team based selling engagements. Engagement center around Customer needs and lifecycle events detected through our data collection dashboards and customer management systems. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving problems with the goal of achieving optimal customer outcomes. The ideal candidate is driven by success in a fast-paced sales environment, works well with internal and external stakeholders, and can adapt to a continually evolving market.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Work with internal stakeholders to identify market trends and emerging customer needs
Assist in creation of campaign messaging and collateral
Identify and qualify target customers
Engage customers in timely fashion when leads are detected
Assess and document customer needs and desired outcomes
Create Proposal documents
Provide status updates to key stakeholders
Work with internal teams to continually improve processes
Gather data about customer accounts and associated leads / opportunities
Manage Leads / Opportunities / Campaigns in Salesforce
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure non-sales related needs are being addresses
Coordinate customer activities with CSM
Work with Sales Executives to develop sales strategies for customer engagements
Actively participate in team based selling and consultative selling activities
Liaison between Sales Executives and internal CH teams, when appropriate
Validate technical solutions with Solution Architects and/or Product Management
Ensure sales targets are met
Keep informed of new CH products and emerging market trends

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Bachelor degree, Post-Secondary Diploma in Technology or equivalent work experience
3+ years' experience with large healthcare facilities, or healthcare vendor with focus on radiology and/or cardiology solutions
Prefer 2+ years in sales roles, sales support roles, or customer facing roles
High level understanding of Radiology / Cardiology technical solutions and clinical workflows
High level understanding of Medical Imaging trends and market direction
Ability to qualify sales leads and close opportunities with little to supervision or guidance
Capable of prioritize and manage multiple, sales leads / opportunities simultaneously
Ability to demonstrate consistent closing techniques
Proficiency with MS Word and Excel required
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Highly motivated individual with proven ability to successfully manage customer relationships
Experience with Spotfire highly desirable
Ability to translate customer needs to solutions and effectively communicate value to customers
Strong negotiation, conflict management & customer service skills
Knowledge of current information systems technology and of healthcare industry and trends
Self-starter with exceptional commitment to providing superior proactive customer service
Effectively communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in both written and verbal forms, including the ability to convey difficult/sensitive information tactfully
Ability to work proactively and independently within a fast-paced environment and under pressure
