Overview of Position

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is accountable to work on new development projects, client support requests and triage issues for the ClaimsXtenTM Solutions family of software products (ClaimsXten, ClaimsXten Select, Content Manager, TPIC versions, and various other applications and support tools). The BSA will work closely and collaborate with the Product Owner to understand the business needs, obtain estimates, and translate business needs into functional requirements to ensure that the product vision and goals are met. The BSA is the key liaison between the Product Owner, Project Manager, Product Development team and other stakeholders, ensuring that the implemented scope meets the acceptance criteria agreed upon. The BSA will take ownership of features, user stories, acceptance criteria, estimates, demos, documentation and any additional artifacts. Client support requests and triage issues require the BSA to work closely and collaborate with both interdepartmental and intradepartmental resources.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Manage a team of globally distributed Site Reliability Engineers supporting Change Healthcare Cloud, a mission critical, platform in production and development environments
Identify and drive improvements in infrastructure and system reliability, performance, monitoring, and overall stability of the platform
Own the implementation, 24x7x365 availability and performance of Change Healthcare Cloud applications
Partner with internal Business and Technical teams to deliver the expected uptime and performance
Grow the team by hiring the best Engineers and Technical Leaders
Help Site Reliability Engineers develop their careers through personal and performance management
Foster an environment of continuous learning which builds excellent Engineering and Operational skillsets

What are the requirements needed for this position?

6+ years in developing business/functional/technical requirements and working with product development teams to build/implement business solutions for enterprise commercial software products
6+ years in supporting production application's client support and triage items
6+ years including a deep understanding of Agile/Lean SDLC with experience grooming Features/User Stories and Acceptance Criteria and delivering functionality
Education: minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Experience with Enterprise Software solutions and an understanding of software development using a Lean-Kanban and/or Agile methodology is desired
Experience with Amazon Web Services
Experience with API services
Experience with Project Management
Experience working with Jira and Confluence
Experience leading/mentoring other BSAs and Dev Teams
Exposure to the healthcare domain in payer/provider operations including an understanding of HIPAA 837/835 transactions
Previous experience with the ClaimsXten Solutions family of products or in healthcare claims processing/auditing is a plus
Excellent oral and written skills required.
Ability to multi-task and react positively to frequent changes in priorities
Ability to communicate verbally in a succinct and clear manner to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to build strong working relationships with client services, technology and product management teams
High level of project organization, attention to detail, and time management
High level of motivation to solve existing problems while anticipating new issues
Ability to create and deliver comprehensive presentations and related use case scenarios
Experience delivering customer demos and presentations a plus
Experience with Balsamiq or similar UI design tools a plus
Experience with Tibco Spotfire a plus
