Title: Radiology Quality Assurance Reviewer, AI

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

To perform Radiology coding quality assurance reviews on clients that are in the "live" environment and/or in "test" environment.
To assist with the transfer from the human coding environment to an Artificial Intelligence (AI) environment.
Be responsible for understanding all client pathways.
Knowledge in national coding guidelines with CMS, AMA, AHA
Performing QA's in a Microsoft Excel-based tool.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

7-10 years radiology coding experience
5 years of radiology quality assurance auditing experience
Minimum of a high school diploma
Certified Professional Coder (CPC), additional certifications preferred, e.g. CIRCC
High speed internet connection and quiet place to work remotely

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

Ability to meet internal and external targets and deadlines.
Strong decision making, judgment, and analytical skills.
Perform in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently and very closely with other members of the AI team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required

Must be task oriented and have ability to prioritize multiple projects with competing priorities.

Ability to meet internal and external targets and deadlines.

Multifaceted technical skills and ability to complete tasks in a variety of programs/applications.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

Extensive computer based work is required.

How much should I expect to travel?

Rarely would there be travel, possibly 1 trip a year.

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.

Please note that it is preferred you be in your current position for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for other internal positions.
