Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Security Supervisor to join our Facilities team. This position will work on a team to accomplish tasks and projects that are instrumental to the company’s success. Supervise a team of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift security guards;
Monitor, document, advise, and provide updates on any security or safety issues, ensuring that all incidents are documented and reported immediately;
Compile and present monthly campus security recap reporting;
Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures;
Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention;
Patrol campus regularly, per defined security routines, to maintain order and establish presence with security team;
Maintain and create security schedule for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts;
Sustain the highest levels of professional conduct and customer service maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor; and
May be responsible for performing tasks of security and for other projects and responsibilities as assigned.


High School Diploma or equivalent required;
At least 5 years of security experience, preferably in a corporate campus environment;
Must have supervisory experience managing a security workforce;
Excellent communication and leadership skills;
Outstanding attention and observation ability;
High degree of critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
Current and legal Driver's License;
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
Highest level of integrity and ethics; and
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with others.
