JOB DESCRIPTION: Using hand/ power tools: Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch. Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers. Follow planned landscaping designs & other related Landscape Laborer activities as per SOC/OES 37-3011 (onetonline.org).
REQUIREMENTS: Must be 18 due to state labor laws. Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free work zone. Perform physical activities such as: lift, balance, walk, stoop, handle, position, move, manipulate materials use static strength to exert max muscle force to lift, push, pull, carry objects up to 80lbs (possible 2-person). No minimum education requirement. On-the-job training available. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified and work throughout all areas of intended employment. Extensive push/pull, extensive walking, exposure to extreme temperatures, frequent stooping, repetitive movements.
WORK HOURS: Possible daily/weekly hours: 9:00AM-5:00PM. 40+ (plus) to include lunch break, M-F. Possible weekend/holiday work. (Overtime possible, but not required or guaranteed. If overtime is worked, wage is paid at a rate of time and a half per hour worked beyond 40 hours each week.) Outdoors, exposed to weather; must be capable of doing physically strenuous labor for long hours, occasionally in extreme heat or cold. Variable weather conditions apply; hours may fluctuate (+/-), possible downtime and/or OT. Overtime not required. This employer will also comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws pertaining to overtime hours.

WAGE OFFER: $16.35-$18.00 per hour. Overtime at $24.53-$27.00 per hour. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Paid bi-weekly
OVERTIME INFORMATION: OT may be available but not guaranteed.
PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS: All deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law will be made. Cash advances may apply at employer's discretion (to be deducted from worker's paycheck).
BOARD, LODGING, OR FRINGE BENEFITS No board, lodging, or fringe benefits apply.
DAILY TRANSPORTATION (OPTIONAL) Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations.
FIRST WORKWEEK GUARANTEE Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
Inbound / Outbound Transportation and Subsistence If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $12.68per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00per day with receipts.
Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
Single Workweek for PayThe employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
THREE-FOURTHS GUARANTEE (Optional)The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
