Assist in overseeing aspects of product management of existing/new business banking lending products and achieve operational excellence with regulatory views in mind.
Ability to work on multiple projects at once and prioritize delivery based on key objectives.
Drive strategy initiatives around growth, investments, capital and expense optimization.
Partner across the bank to develop and align value proposition of business banking with sales approach and tools to ensure optimal sales productivity and client experience.
Partner with channel leaders to ensure channel readiness for campaigns, product changes, product launches, changes in policies and procedures and process improvements.
Assist in the development of compelling marketing offers and partner to successfully grow relationships.
Assist in preparing business reviews to highlight findings and recommendations to senior management.
Assist in leading initiatives for strategic alignment with other segments and partners across KeyBank.
Contribute towards KeyBank Business Banking strategic planning process based on fact-based analysis.
Serve as analytical point person for the Lending product team, preparing thorough analyses on critical initiatives, with a significant focus on risk-based pricing.
Guide / execute analysis of our markets, competitors, and customers using internal and external resources.
Identify opportunities and issues of strategic importance to KeyBank Business Banking.
Understand profitability drivers of products to ensure they meet profitability hurdles.
Be a thought leader and change agent with regard to improving internal processes and procedures.


A strong understanding of analytical tools (SAS, Tableau etc.);the ability to gather data from multiple sources, the ability to work with these tools without aide and the ability to analyze data to make actionable recommendations.
5 years of experience in the banking industry or equivalent;, Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and excel skills and experience
Understanding of the business and financial drivers for banking/financial services
Ability to think/act strategically and deliver business plan goals
Candidate with MBA preferred
Ability to work with a team of knowledge professionals and partners
Ability to work effectively with middle level managers and with large interdisciplinary teams
Ability to work independently, delivering tasks efficiently and effectively
Strong communication skills (written, verbal, active-listening); ability to structure and deliver clearly articulate presentations
