Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Ensuring the health and safety of the crew, customer, and site by adhering to SET safety policies and procedures by identifying, communicating and mitigating hazards
Taking an active role on crews by participating in both scheduled and emergency response-based projects
Assisting in loading of equipment and supplies for project needs
Being able to exert moderate physical effort, including lifting up to 50lbs
Working in a variety of weather conditions
The support of various environmental projects ranging from, but not limited to:
Confined Space Entry – CSE
Environmental remediation
Waterway response
Hazardous materials clean up
Will perform other miscellaneous duties as necessary
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be at least 21 years old
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER or ability to obtain
Basic computer skills
Ability to perform physical labor under direction of crew leads
Ability to respond to out of town projects as needed
Ability to speak, read, and write English sufficiently
Industry/Construction experience preferred but not required
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record that meets SET insurance guidelines
