JOB DESCRIPTION: Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: mow, cut, edge, trim, water lawns; lay sod; rake/blow, vacuum leaves; dig; plant; weed; prune, mulch; clean up debris. No experience/ no education; work is supervised.
REQUIREMENTS: Lift/carry up to 50 pounds as needed. Extensive push/pull, extensive sitting, extensive walking, exposure to extreme temperatures, frequent stooping, repetitive movements. Employer paid drug test is Post-Employment Random, Post Accident and Post-Employment Upon Suspicion.
WORK HOURS: 40 hpw, 8:00am – 5:30pm; Mon–Fri; work extended daily hours and weekends when necessary.

WAGE OFFER: $16.35 per hour. Overtime at $24.53 per hour. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Paid weekly on Fridays. Raise/bonus at employer's discretion. Opportunity for higher pay based on experience/performance.

PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS: All deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law will be made.The employer will make the following deductions from the worker's wages: all deductions required by law, cash advances and repayment of loans, repayment of overpayment of wages to the worker, payment for articles which the worker has voluntarily purchased from the employer, long distance telephone charges, recovery of any loss to the employer due to the worker's damage (beyond normal wear and tear) or loss of equipment where it is shown that the worker is responsible, and any other reasonable deductions expressly authorized by the worker in writing. No deduction not required by law will be made that brings the workers hourly earnings below the FLSA Federal statutory minimum wage.
BOARD, LODGING, OR FRINGE BENEFITS Employer will only assist with locating shared rental housing upon arrival at the request of the employee. Employees are not required to live in housing the employer locates. Employees may make their own arrangements at their own expense.
DAILY TRANSPORTATION (OPTIONAL) Workers are responsible for daily transportation to and from the designated pick-up location. Employer will then provide each work crew with daily transportation among the worksite locations. Employer provides transportation from office to and from job sites located in Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Lake, Geauga, Lorain, Medina, Portage and Summit counties. There is no itinerary involved as there are multiple locations.
FIRST WORKWEEK GUARANTEE Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
Inbound / Outbound Transportation and Subsistence If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of the reimbursement for transportation cost will be the worker's actual transportation cost from the place from which the worker has come to work for the employer to the employer's place of employment or, by regulation at 655.20(j)(1)(i), the amount not to exceed the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation cost for the distance involved, whichever is less. The employer reserves the right to assist in coordinating transportation to assure the lowest available inbound transportation cost. Such inbound transportation will be at the worker's expense. Workers who do not avail themselves of such transportation, when available, will be reimbursed only the per worker cost of the employer-arranged transportation or the most economical and reasonable common carrier transportation cost for the distance involved, whichever is less. Workers are always free to choose their own means of inbound transportation at their own liability. Workers who arrange their own transportation understand they assume all liability and hold harmless the employer for any damages, injuries, personal or property losses. Daily meals will be provided at a rate of at least $12.68per day during travel to a maximum of $55.00per day with receipts.
Provision of Tools, Supplies, and Equipment The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
Single Workweek for PayThe employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
