Description
Evaluate, prioritize and resolve or escalate issues relating to loan products, services and software solutions.
Work assigned tickets to resolve requests and issues for end users.
Work with vendors to research and resolve software issues as needed.
Record progress, root cause and resolution into the ticket, tracking database.
Perform changes to systems and specifications using the Change Advisory group policy.
Track progress and resolution of high impact, widespread issues using the Problem Management process.
Validate new program installations in the assigned test or production environment, using detailed test scripts.
Validate software patches in the assigned test or production environment, using detailed test scripts.
Participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks
Analyze and evaluate incident reports and make recommendations to reduce issues rates
Assist with project work, complete assigned tasks.
Provide input with the implementation of new loan initiatives including training testing and ongoing support
Review software release documentation to gain the knowledge necessary to support end users upon the installation of any new software, releases or upgrades
Complete regularly scheduled tasks that support the ongoing operations for loan processing
Maintain awareness of and adhere to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to their daily tasks
Other duties as assigned
SCHEDULE
A minimum 37.5 hours required for full time status. Department hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Position generally requires 40 to 45 hours per week. Position requires weekend and/or evening hours as needed
Education
Required
High School or better.
Experience
Required
1-3 years: Banking Experience
