Job Description

About the team:
This team is part of our IS Helpdesk Services which provides highly skilled resources to handle technical queries and issues, including ticket creation through issue resolution which can be done on-site or remotely.
What you will be doing:
You will be responsible for Service Now requests, set up of network ids/email accounts and remote desktop support for a specific FIS client on-site in Dublin, OH.
Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products
Controls user access and passwords
Monitors usage and performance
Trains personnel on system usage and troubleshoots server, software and hardware issues
Assists with recommending, scheduling and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs. Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products
Supports Web access and electronic messaging services, and maintains a secure systems environment
What you bring:
3+ years of experience of Desktop Support experience in a Microsoft environment
Experience with Active Directory
Knowledge of ticketing platforms (i.e. Service Now)
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience as required for the specific job level
Knowledge of multiple operating systems and related utilities and hardware, storage management, TCP/IP, network monitoring and tools as well as desktop support procedures and active directory
Skill in software installation and maintenance
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, vendors, clients and public. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
