We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package.Assist in preparation of design, permit and construction drawings as directed by Project ManagerAbility to understand building elements and systemsAbility to manage time appropriately to ensure that tasks are completed timely, accurately and on budget.Understanding of building design and general code requirements.Possess strong analytical and creative thinking skills.Demonstrate initiative in suggesting solutions to the design team.Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to serve the design team.Ability to work overtime as required.
Requirements
Junior or senior student working towards their Associates and/or bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology, Sustainable Design or related Architectural Degree program.Technical hands-on experience with AutoCAD & Revit Software and Microsoft Office products.Possible Day trip to a project site to assist with conduct an existing building survey.Knowledge of utilizing measuring devices to obtain applicable data and dimensionsStrong planning, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Larson Design Group is an Affirmative Action/EEO employer.
