Revenue Growth Management is one of the fastest growing capabilities in the CGP Industry. Fully understanding revenue growth across all of its elements and how in market performance is impacted will drive the next generation of insight and profitable growth for both JM Smucker and our retailing partners. We are looking for analytically minded professionals who have an entrepreneurial inquisitive and creative mindset combined with solid business and financial acumen to join our team! This person will enjoy a dynamic and fast paced work environment that is focused on delivering analytics across all of the pricing elements. The purpose of the Revenue Growth Management Senior Analyst is to co-lead, deliver and leverage analytics to unlock the strategic pricing value of each of our brands through optimizing our Mix, Packs and Promotional Strategies. Create and execute advanced pricing analytics and models across all elements of the mix to uncover mutual growth opportunities Co-lead specific parts of the RGM process cross functionally Co-Lead the build of the execution plan to deliver growth opportunities in the marketplace


Deliver RGM Analysis and align with the cross functional teams (Brand, Finance, Supply Chain, Insights, etc.)
Co-Lead the delivery of cross functional workshops to share hypotheses and opportunities
Co-Lead the creation of execution plans and selling stories
Co-Lead RGM team in strategically influencing across the organization
Co-Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools
Ability to derive insights from analysis and research
Ability to work cross-functionally
Ability to create advanced analytical models to optimize growth
Ability to fully understand how the consumer, shopper, customer and JMS all benefit from our work
Willingness to learn and master new concepts
Self-starter with ability to lead strategic influencing discussions



Bachelor's degree is required (preferably in Finance, Business, or Marketing)


Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with POS and Panel data
Basic understanding of P&L and how pricing impacts P&L preferred


Strong technical skills in Excel, Power Point, Tableau, IRI or AC Nielsen
Strong computer and analytic skills
Developing strategic influencing skills
