Project Coordinator

Overview of Position

The Project Coordinator, Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations will perform an important role in the project management function of the Marketing & Corporate Affairs department at Change Healthcare. This is an individual contributor responsible for working with the Senior Program Manager of GTM Operations within the Project Management Office, and other internal stakeholders to manage project requests, timelines, and coordination of assignments.

This role is responsible for the delivery of assets, tactics and other needs as defined by go-to-market plans, working in collaboration with Segment Marketers and Campaign leaders.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Complete training of the Project Management system and workflows to become an expert in how to operate in the system to meet department needs.
Work with Senior Program Manager and Campaign Management team to understand business and plan priorities
Meet with project requestors (segment marketing, internal communications, etc.) to assess scope of new project requests, provide status updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
Create schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project
Distribute assignments to creative and content teams and other departments, based on capacity and priorities
Review daily workloads with marketing communication leads and adjusts assignments as needed, ensuring the appropriate talent is used and workloads are evenly maintained
Follow project management methodology, processes and direction as defined by the Senior Program Manager.
Participate in team and capacity planning meetings to provide status updates on active requests and troubleshoot issues or challenges impacting delivery

What are the requirements needed for this position?

Experience working with Wrike or other project management software
Ability to navigate and work across multiple constituents to support short-term and long-term businessobjectives
Experience working as part of a cross-functional team
Proficiency with Microsoft Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience working with collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams or similar tool
Ability to maintain appropriate communication while working in a virtual setting

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

3 years or more experience in project coordination, traffic management, and/or account coordination in an in-house creative services setting or agency environment
Demonstrated ability to work on and track multiple projects, driving requests from plant to completion through superior organizational and project management skills
Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development, keeping abreast of current professional knowledge
Knowledge of Agile Marketing Methodology or SiriusDecisions Methodology
PMP certification a plus
