Analyze current technology and develop steps or processes to improve the technology, or replace those deemed outdated or obsolete
Install and configure application server software for new applications, software upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Maintain the integrity assigned applications and systems through monthly security patching and vulnerability management
Analyze and determine root cause for management of application or system issues
Collaborate with departments to develop processes to facilitate collaboration and benchmarks for service expectations
Provide clear project goals and develop steps to oversee their timely execution and completion
Work closely with other Technical Services associates to maintain hardware and software for projects to be completed efficiently
Foster strong collaboration and relationships with vendors, other Technical Services teams, IS teams, application developers and end users
Mentor and train other Technical Services associates and seek to continually improve processes companywide
Collaborate with project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
Individually and if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards

Office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 12pm. This position is exempt and full-time. The expected hours for full-time salary exempt positions is 44-48 per week. A minimum 40 hours is required and the average number of Saturdays per month is 1 or fewer, in rotation with other TS associates. Additional evenings, weekends and overtime may be required to accommodate project and maintenance on applications.
Must be available for on-call support in team rotation, or as needed.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds periodically
Valid Drivers' License, proof of insurance and reliable transportation are required for occasional travel to regions, branch and Disaster Recovery locations.
Bachelors or better in Computer Science or related field.
