We are actively seeking a talented and experienced technically minded person that has a capacity to demonstrate skills as a project manager/writer/research analyst/penetration tester and is savvy working with people and our customers. In this role you will assist the head of consulting services to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. You will have the chance to network with clients, vendors, and in-house personnel. Problem-solving and leadership skills are key to the success of this position and to our company's success.
Responsible for the on-time, on-budget delivery of large projects.

Responsible for overall success of the project and/or program including fulfillment of the client business and technical requirements and adherence to the approved project scope and budget.

Demonstrate clear and consistent ownership and accountability for the delivery of the project as represented in the Statement of Work, including, but not limited to:
Requirements development and scope management
Project schedule development, management and tracking

Project communication / reporting management
Open Source Investigations/Research Analysis
Provide unique training and specialized investigations to meet the growing need for Open Source Intelligence analysis for Mission Essential CTS customers.
Conduct in-depth investigations of individuals, corporations, and criminal organizations using extensive knowledge of OSINT techniques, closed-source databases, and analyst software; Utilize link analysis software to provide actionable intelligence reports for clients.
Develop and execute OSINT training courses and cyber security training for commercial as well as public sector customers.
Create anonymous and untraceable social media profiles to conduct long term social engineering with criminal actors; Maintain anonymous presence on the Dark Web to track new exploits, malware dissemination.
Produce reports, bulletins, blogs and articles that detail emerging industry trends and information.
Monitor and analyze a broad range of social media platforms for threats and/or changes in public sentiment pertaining to events, organizations and/or high-profile individuals
Provide full-service penetration testing, assess and analyze online vulnerabilities for individuals and organizations.
Perform network (external and internal), wireless, and application penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
Lead and manage engagements for penetration tests and other security assessments including kick off calls, status updates, writing and presenting reports to customers executive management team, technical execution of the statement of work, budgeting of hours, scoping of engagements, and the senior technical contact on professional security services engagements.
Manage security architectural reviews of clients networks consisting of network design, configuration reviews and recommendations, device hardening and configurations, and overall data and voice security flow through the network.
Manage security assessments and policy review for overall security best practices and conformance to many standards and regulations such as NIST, FIPS, PCI, HIPAA, SOX, and NERC/CIP standards.
Leadership experience and strong teaming abilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with customers
Experience with at least one web development language, such as Ruby or Python
