• Develop and implement and integrate software of embedded devices and systems
• Critical analysis and debugging skills or developmental software
• Integrate and validate new product designs
• Assess third party and open source software
• Develop, code, test and troubleshoot the system software
• Analyze, monitor and improve efficiency, stability of the system
• Interface with hardware design and development


• 4+ years of experience
• Proven working experience in embedded software engineering or similar role
• Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets
• BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Proven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems
• Good programming experience in C or C++
• Experience of HDL (VHDL, Verilog) languages and tools highly desirable
• Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review
• Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques
• Knowledge of different IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems (experience with RDMA, RoCE, and Infiniband desirable)
