Program Manager - MarketingGet Inspired by the Work You'll Do

Design, deliver and manage the DEMANDSolv demand generation marketing program, including DEMANDSolv Engage, One Affiniti and Sales Engagement Engine (SEE)

Serve as primary point of contact for DEMANDSolv third-party vendors and contractors

Identify and present DEMANDSolv program benefits

Create and assist in pitching vendor proposals

Directly responsible for securing vendor sponsorships for DEMANDSolv programs

Facilitate the curation of vendor content for DEMANDSolv channels

Promote DEMANDSolv to SYNNEX partners utilizing a variety of communication vehicles (i.e., website, newsletters, member events, social media)

Manage SYNNEX financial process requirements for all DEMANDSolv projects

Submit proper information to the VCM and/or Finance Department

Maintain acceptable profit expectations for DEMANDSolv programs

Present ROI statistics for SYNNEX management throughout the SYNNEX fiscal year

Assist vendor assigned Marketing Specialists with vendor-specific ROI assessment and tracking

Schedule meetings with vendors to review program metrics and discuss upcoming DEMANDSolv objectives

Balance working on the planning/strategy piece with the logistics/execution portion of the job

Your Passion is Sparked By

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 2-3 years of sales and marketing experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience

Extremely detailed oriented with intense organizational and analytical skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure the team is meeting deadlines and milestone throughout the development, creative, execution, and analysis phases of each project

Express the desire and ability to adapt and learn new topics and technologies in a dynamic technological field

Participate and take advantage of vendor educational opportunities to better understand their products and position in the market

Ability to collect and analyze data to track proper ROI on strategic vendor investments

Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including but not limited to negotiation and presentation skills

Direct communication with business unit leaders on vendor marketing outcomes and opportunities

Works in conjunction with the Varnex marketing support team, the marcom team and events team

Facilitates constant collaboration with associated vendor marketing specialists and product managers

Ability to travel to SYNNEX Varnex, vendor and industry events as needed

Demonstrated presentation skills
