Are you looking for a place where you can grow your career and develop your skills in a collaborative environment?  Why not join our the Demand Generation team where you will develop and help execute activities related to content optimization, promotion and lead generation activities that leverage the STERIS Life Sciences website. Utilizing the Sitecore Content Management Systems (CMS), Search Engine Optimization Tools (SEO), advertising and digital marketing efforts are just a few. You will also promote products and services, generate leads, build brand awareness, and provide online Customer support for STERIS Life Sciences products and services globally.


?    Management of Digital Tools and Marketing Tech
•    Customer Relationship Management: Responsible customer data and website visitor traffic
•    Web Development: Manages and improves online content with a data-driven approach utilizing the company’s CMS tool
•    Email Marketing: Support all email marketing efforts including database development, template creation, campaign execution
•    Search Optimization: Improves SEO rankings for Life Sciences website and internal search components
•    ?    Optimize user experience within all digital platforms
?    Provide direction and guidelines for social media engagement
?    Occasional Vendor Management
?    Train marketing staff on tech stack elements and use
?    Lead Management & Data Optimization
?    Nurture leads through integrated marketing programs including web, email, as well as through process improvement, user experience, and marketing technology enhancements
?    Design/implement/manage marketing automation routines and continually refine our process to convert Customers
?    Responsible for setup, data accuracy and accurate reporting engagement KPIs with the goal of delivering ROI.
?    Analyze results of website and marketing campaigns to help facilitate strategies and efficiencies.
?    Establish analytics KPIs to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into Customers, and continually refine our process to convert Customers.

Education Degree

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

Required Experience

Minimum four years related digital marketing experience with CMS, content development, SEO, lead generation and associated marketing digital technologies
Two years demonstrated success managing social media
Two years managing outside development partners


Strong understanding of usability, marketing technology, competition, and emerging trends
Passion for leveraging digital technologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to establish a rapport with a variety of personalities to create and strengthen intra-departmental relationships
Creative problem solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask
Highly organized; time management and attention to detail a must – a proven commitment to follow-through and meeting unforgiving deadlines
Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel; Office 360, SharePoint, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat Pro
Versant in Sitecore functionality across key functions (CMS, Campaigns, eMail and List Management, Automation, Profiling, Personalization)
Proficient in analytic tagging with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer sciences, IT systems
