Successful candidate will provide essential administrative support for Treasury team. Key attributes will be the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, adhere to deadlines, provide excellent customer service, and work successfully in a team environment.
Monitor Treasury email; handle Yardi Checkscan issues and other general research requests within 24 hours of receipt.
Track incoming checks, and process check deposits promptly and accurately using Yardi Checkscan or proprietary bank remote deposit system.
Decision daily check and ACH positive pay suspects.
Process returned checks, ACHs, and account adjustments for Housing facilities.
Process manual and ACH transfers using the Cash Transfer System (CTS).
Sort & distribute mail.
Handle monthly processes and reporting within prescribed timeframe.
Update and maintain bank portal permissions and security; assist with bank portal password resets.
Assist with preparing various documents and obtaining signatures; general scanning and filling tasks.
Assist with creating and updating policy & procedure documents.
The Treasury Administrative Assistant should be professional, courteous, and willing to assist internal and external customers, as well as teammates. In order to be successful in this position, the candidate must be able to prioritize and multitask, often shifting quickly between duties, and work independently and with a sense of urgency. This individual will interact with individuals at all levels, including executives, both internally and externally.

Education: High school diploma.
Experience: Two years' experience in an office environment, a background in Treasury/Banking a plus.
Mental: Candidate should be a team player who possesses good communication, customer service, comprehension, and interpersonal skills. Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment where accuracy is critical. Must have the ability to speak, read, write and understand English.
Skills: Must have good computer skills including a working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong Excel skills and experience with banking systems are a plus. Must possess strong organizational, communication, customer service, time management, and problem solving skills.
Vision: Normal: Consistent with standard workflow.
