Tissue Processing Support Technicians Serves as a member Process Support team by providing support service to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all teams within the core clean room area.
Community Tissue Services(CTS) is a not-for-profit tissue bank founded and headquartered in Dayton OH. We proudly serve the public through recovery, processing and distribution of human tissue grafts used for transplantation in life-saving and life-enhancing procedures. CTS is currently one of the largest US tissue banks, distributing nearly 10% of the tissue grafts in the United States. We are the largest nonprofit provider of skin grafts to surgeons for severe burn patients.
This position requires solid decision-making skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work with a team, ability to follow work instruction, and solid practical problem-solving skills.

High School (required)
Demonstrated ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control. (preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work within a team setting and possess the ability to receive and follow directions. (preferred)
Knowledge of processing anatomy and sterile techniques is preferred. (preferred)
Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) or one year of previous tissue bank experience. (preferred)
Associates degree in related field. (preferred)
Must be able to meet the required physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation. (required)
Requires good eye-hand coordination skills. (required)
Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields. (preferred)
Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding. (required)
