Position Summary
CAS is currently seeking a Recruiter. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in HR or Business related
Five or more years of recruiting experience
Extensive experience recruiting IT professionals, global Sales operations or recruitment agency experience, and recruitment for various corporate and field functions.
Demonstrated experience with MS Office applications (specifically, excel, power point)
Understanding and ability to apply knowledge of Employment and related Human Resources laws
Experienced in various recruiting techniques, including but not limited to proactive social media sourcing i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
Demonstrated experience in various interviewing techniques such as behavioral based with ability to summarize candidates for hiring managers to achieve best in class hiring
Strong understanding and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), metrics management, creation and adherence to service level agreements
Excellent written and verbal communications
Strong understanding of compensation plans and ability to interpret
Ability to keep up to date on talent market trends and provide recommendations
Duties:
Responsible for day-to-day leadership responsibilities of the recruiting (Talent Acquisition) function and “hands on” recruiting to effectively and efficiently recruit and hire “world class” exempt and non-exempt job candidates, provide knowledgeable input to managers, HR Team and staff relating to recruiting initiatives, processes and procedures, while being the point person for recruiting policy interpretation and practices.
Provides support to HR Business Partners and department in a wide range of consultation activities with CAS staff and management, including research (market conditions or other), preparation and analysis of data and information.
Responsible for overseeing and driving metrics and providing analytics to HR management and the business.
