Job Description
Cerner's Strategic Growth Consumer Strategy and Wellness team is hiring for a Sales Engineer. This role will be tasked with providing pre-sales technical support, including presentations, technical requirement analysis and proposals for current and prospective clients as subject matter expert for one or more software solutions or technologies. This associate will specifically be focused on a new unified communication platform within the consumer and wellness space. This person will help support our sales and operations team. As well as help develop technical architectures, frameworks and strategies to meet the business and application requirements.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or related degree or equivalent relevant work experience
5+ years of information technology work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Cerner platforms and technology
Experience presenting technology solutions and capabilities to stakeholders
Expectations:
Willing to travel up to 40%
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Work in accordance with corporate and organization security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
