This position will report into the Product Engineering and New Product Development Department. In this multifunctional role, the ideal candidate will possess a good combination of office and testing skills. The candidate will be involved in variety of projects ranging from concept through product launch and product improvements. This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in hands-on application of design principles.

Conducting Product Performance Testing, Conducting Rubber Physical Property Testing, Participating in Lab Improvement Initiatives, Participation in Returned Product Failure Analysis, Organizing Engineering Technical Documents, Authoring Engineering Reports Summarizing Test Data, Providing Technical Support of Existing Product Lines, and Assisting with New Product Development Activities.

Undergraduate Sophomore status or greater. Chemical or Materials Engineering major. Proficiencies: Chemical, Polymer or Materials Science; Some lab or testing experience preferred. Microsoft Office experience.
